That’s why we take the time to train and invest in our crew members. Our crews work under the guidance of Washington state Certified Professional Horticulturists. When a crew member has shown aptitude and reliability, we begin to grow them into leaders. Our team members are given the opportunity to manage accounts, meet and discuss needs with clients, and receive Certified Professional Horticulturist training and qualifications.
